School-Based Clinician-DC (DCPS/DCPCS)

Providing individual and group counseling, psycho-education, crisis intervention and parent training, needs assessments,

Providing consultation to school staff and parents to facilitate student educational, social, and emotional growth.  

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology. Licensed Master Social Worker and/or Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor in the District of Columbia; and a minimum of one (1) year of experience providing individual therapy to children, adolescents, and families.

School-Based Clinician-Maryland (PGCPS)

BCBA Center Operations Manager

The BCBA Center Operations/Program Director will oversee and manage the operations and programming at the BCBA Center. This role involves developing and implementing behavioral intervention programs, assisting in the development of functional behavior assessments and individualized intervention plans; and conducting ADOS-2 to accurately identify the function of challenging behaviors; supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

 

Requirements:

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, or related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Maryland license in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering and supervising ABA services. Proven experience working with children with cognitive and intellectual disabilities. Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

Understand and apply the basic principles of ABA in classroom settings as directed. Assess student needs and provide interventions to redirect behavior. Collect and submit data needed for Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP). Model and Implement Behavior Intervention Plans to affect behavior changess for paraprofessionals and staff. Provide consultation on an on-going basis to teachers, parents, and other school personnel to resolve students’ learning and behavioral problems. Create and provide professional development for school staff on a quarterly basis

 

Requirements:

Minimum a Bachelors degree Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, two (2) years of experience working with children with intellectual and or developmental disabilities

BCBA School-Based Manager

Oversee the implementation of AMCI ABA program in various PGCPS school settings to promote positive student behaviors and PBIS.  Supervise and manage AMCI Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) contracted to work in schools, ensuring adherence to BACB best practices, and service delivery in alignment with PGCPS contract requirements and program objectives. Assist in the development of functional behavior assessments and individualized intervention plans, as needed.  Provide and/or assist RBT’s in providing workshops, training and professional development opportunities for school administrators, educators,  paraprofessionals and parents/guardians on ABA principles, techniques an interventions. 

 

Requirements:
