

About the Role
The Outpatient Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy services to children, youth, and families experiencing emotional, behavioral, developmental, or mental health concerns. This role is responsible for completing assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, documenting services in a timely manner, and collaborating with caregivers, schools, medical providers, and internal team members to support coordinated, family-centered care.
Requirements
Clinical license in good standing from the District of Columbia. Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred. Proven experience working with children, adolescents and families in an outpatient settings; clinic experience preferred.
Strong proficiency in psychotherapy modalities such as CBT, and behavioral therapy, .
Experience with crisis intervention techniques and crisis management protocols.
