

About the Role
Oversee the implementation of AMCI ABA program in various PGCPS school settings to promote positive student behaviors and PBIS. Supervise and manage AMCI Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) contracted to work in schools, ensuring adherence to BACB best practices, and service delivery in alignment with PGCPS contract requirements and program objectives. Assist in the development of functional behavior assessments and individualized intervention plans, as needed. Provide and/or assist RBT’s in providing workshops, training and professional development opportunities for school administrators, educators, paraprofessionals and parents/guardians on ABA principles, techniques an interventions.
Requirements
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, or related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Maryland licens,e in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering and supervising ABA services. Proven experience working with children with cognitive and intellectual disabilities. Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
